Denise Stegall, CEO, Living Healthy List
I recently had a conversation with a friend of mine, Michelle Boss. She’s someone I met at one of the local Chamber mixers a few years ago, and we’ve become friends. She has a business call The Money Boss, because she’s a personal financial coach and Certified Financial Education Instructor for people who struggle to keep ends meet.
She’s also part of a network of expert contributors to a community blog called the Living Healthy List. I’ve recently transitioned away from web marketing to helping people with their psoriasis. Michelle suggested that I become a contributor to the community at LHL.
A subsequent introduction to the CEO, Denise Stegall, led to a Zoom call. In that call, I felt like Denise and I really hit it off with each other. It’s so cool to be speaking with someone who “gets” me, and speaks the same language that I’m trying to speak!
The Living Healthy List is a group of experts who all have varying expertise in health-related disciplines, such as physical health, mental health, nutritional health and even financial health (that’s where Michelle comes in). I was truly honored and humbled to be invited to be a contributor to their blog and be part of the community of experts! It’s quite a bit of validation for me, who is a nerd at heart, but has done the homework to understand the human body and how nutrition and gut health affects autoimmune diseases like psoriasis.
My very first article was published just last week and it’s entitled Can Probiotics Help Heal Psoriasis and Other Autoimmune Diseases? In this article, I describe the role of probiotics and prebiotics on gut health, and how it can help people who have psoriasis and other autoimmune diseases.
I encourage you to check out their website and subscribe to their newsletter, which gets published on a regular basis with other health-related articles. You’ll also see other articles published by me on a regular basis, which I hope will help heal your psoriasis!
